"Error: Connection Error" facing when Internet Connection goes out

Expected Behavior

It should resume the session without any issues, like other agent terminals, so I think there's something that's not resolved as retries are happening

Actual Behavior

As soon as I disconnect the laptop from external screen, or close the lid while session is still on, or the connection with internet breaks, I see this error, even though it tries to reconnect but after 5 attempts it fails with this error

When there's no net, it should do this, @zainzafar90 what are the exact steps that other agents are able to recover from and not cmd?

cmd recovers already 50% of the time already, so seems like some corner case
