CommandCode Flicker Screen when in Plan Mode

Expected Behavior

The screen should not flicker lol

Actual Behavior

It only happens like 10-20% of the time, but its one of those issues I faced with claude cli few months back, randomly it would run into this phase and I would do whole resize of the UI, if the changes were dropping really fast in a smaller terminal, at times even expanding the terminal wouldn't help. Not sure if its the same issue it might help

@zainzafar90 width maybe too small for changes being shipped. Can you share exact width and what you were doing, maybe even share /share the thread with us?

In VS Code when you resize width appears in the center of the terminal momentarily.

Taking a look at it. Small widths could definitely cause this. @zainzafar90 could you confirm if you face the same issue on larger screen as well.
