`ssh-key` 0.7.0 release

Hi!

Is there a rough ETA for the 0.7.0 release?

I'm asking because Arti needs the RSA fixes from #318 and and #412, and ideally we'd like to build against a stable release.

Alternatively, are there any plans to port these patches to the current stable release?

We're working our way through new stable releases of all of the underlying dependencies. So hopefully soon! Maybe a month or two
