Support for omnibox suggestions

Support omnibox suggestions. It can be used to solve multiple issues:

• show multiple links
• Show external links of a wiki article in a list/find external links automatically on the wiki page i.e. in "further reading", "references", etc.
• This can help prevent scihub.idk redirecting to scihub.**/about if scihub.** is part of suggestions. The latest wiki lists url as scihub.**/about see latest revision here.
• domain name substitution, e.g. scihub.idk/thing does not substitute to scihub.**/thing or even scihub.**/about/thing which can be helped if you can just grab the domain name (/proper format from list of suggestions) from omnibox suggestions.
