ERR failed to load issuer: authorization error: issuer not found: cp.chainloop

I am getting this error while running att init command authenticated as an user in a tmux session.

chainloop att init --workflow foo --project bar
ERR failed to load issuer: authorization error: issuer not found: cp.chainloop

Looks like the token wasn't sent. It's stored in the local config file. Perhaps some race condition between multiple tmux sessions?

It's definitely not a regression in the CLI but an environment issue, I'll try to reproduce it in a smaller env, will keep this ticket posted.
