NUL file

### Describe the bug

Everywhere I open copilot CLI it leaves behind a little file named NUL that is very difficult to delete.

Seems to only happen in Windows

0.0.422

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

Open Copilot CLI

### Expected behavior

No NUL file

### Additional context

- OS: Windows 11
- Terminal: Windows Terminal
