This is the first step of adding support for libtorrent-based downloads to kiwix-desktop. ZIM-files meeting certain criteria will be downloaded via libtorrent but the libtorrent session state will not be saved (hence, after quitting kiwix-desktop an incomplete libtorrent-based download will be dropped from the list of in-progress downloads).
