ignored files stuck in upload list (delete button does nothing)

Steps to reproduce

Create an auto-upload folder configured to skip files with same name.
Let it synchronize, all files that are skipped/ignored shows on the uploads list as ignored but cannot be removed from the uploads queue.

Expected behaviour

After clicking the trash icon the uploads queue shoud remove the list of ignored/skipped files.

Actual behaviour

Uploads screen keeps thousands of “skipped” entries even though the queue is finished, and the trash/clear button does nothing.

uploads finished ✔

files correctly skipped ✔

queue not retrying ✔

only the skipped files messages remain stuck in the UI.
