Currently the findings for Entra Connect are false-positives, we had a customer which doesnt has a local AD which he connect and it is set to disabled. How to improve this?

Hi @Schurik97 you can disable rules within ruleset, as explained here.

Regarding Entra Connect rules, Monkey365 currently includes only a few rules related to Microsoft Entra smart lockout and password protection. Beyond those, there are no rules for Entra ID Connect. Which specific rule are you referring to?

Also, There are also some checks in Monkey365 that are not automated yet. When a rule cannot be evaluated programmatically, its status is shown as Manual. This indicates that manual inspection is needed. The documentation already covers the different rule statuses in detail, including how pass, fail and manual checks are handled.
