docs/bootstrap.jsonformat to includequicAddr,udpPort, andhttpPortper bootstrap node. UpdatesfetchRemoteBootstrapPeers()to parse the new format.Currently
quicAddrandudpPortare null (populated when bootstrap UDP support lands). The format change is backward-compatible — existing yggAddr-only nodes still work.Part of architecture Phase 4 polish.
